Orvion is a marketplace for genuine wristwatches and directly related items. This page sets out what may not be listed, and what may be listed only with disclosure. It expands section 6 of the Terms of Service and forms part of them — listing an item is agreeing to these rules.
These are legitimate and often valuable, but a buyer must learn about them from the listing, not from the parcel. Disclose them in the description, and photograph them:
By listing on Orvion you confirm that you own the watch or are authorised to sell it, that your description and photographs are of the actual piece you are selling, and that you will ship the item you listed. Stock or catalogue images may illustrate the reference, but the condition of your specific watch must be shown in your own photographs.
You also agree not to manipulate prices or reviews, not to bid on or buy your own listings, and not to move a transaction off-platform to avoid fees or protections — which also removes the record that protects you in a dispute.
Optional authenticity verification is a professional inspection by an independent vendor and is a strong signal — but it is an opinion, not a warranty, and it does not transfer responsibility for a listing from the seller to Orvion or to the verifier. An unverified listing is not presented as authenticated anywhere on the platform.
Listings are published immediately and moderated reactively: we act on reports and on our own review. Depending on what we find we may remove a listing, suspend or terminate an account, reverse a transaction, or refuse future listings.
Counterfeit and stolen-goods cases are treated as the most serious category. Where appropriate we report them to law enforcement and to the brand concerned, and we cooperate with their investigations.
If you believe a listing breaks these rules — particularly if you recognise your own stolen watch — use the report control on the listing, or contact support@orvion.watch. Include the listing link and anything that supports the report: serial numbers, a police report reference, or photographs. Reports from brands and from law enforcement are prioritised.
