Orvion ("Orvion", "we", "us") operates orvion.watch — a marketplace and collection-management platform for luxury watches, connecting collectors, vendors, and buyers. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Orvion.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or harm other users.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — brand, model, condition, ownership, and provenance. Listing counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented watches is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate account termination and, where appropriate, reports to law enforcement.
Orvion's verification service is an optional, paid inspection step performed by independent verified vendors. A verification report is a professional opinion, not a guarantee, and does not transfer liability for a sale to Orvion.
Orvion currently supports cash on delivery: you pay the agreed amount when the watch is delivered to you. Online payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer) are not yet available; when they launch, additional payment terms will apply.
The sales contract for a watch is between the buyer and the seller. Orvion is the platform that facilitates the transaction and is not a party to the sale. Buyers must have the agreed amount available at delivery; refusing delivery without cause may lead to account restrictions.
Creating an account and browsing is free. Optional services — such as authenticity verification by a certified vendor — carry fees shown to you before you confirm. Fee amounts and structure may change; changes never apply retroactively to orders already placed.
You may not: list items you do not own or have no right to sell; manipulate prices or reviews; harass other users; scrape or attack the platform; use Orvion for money laundering or any illegal purpose; or attempt to complete marketplace transactions off-platform to avoid protections and fees.
What may and may not be listed — counterfeits, stolen pieces, and the modifications that must be disclosed — is set out in full in Prohibited & Restricted Items, which forms part of these terms.
You keep ownership of photos and text you upload, and you grant Orvion a license to display them on the platform for operating and promoting the service. Do not upload content you have no right to share.
That license also lets us use a photo you took of your own watch as the illustration for that watch's reference in our catalogue, so other collectors can recognise the model they are registering. We only ever do this after a member of our team reviews the photo, we keep our own copy so the catalogue does not break if you later remove the watch, and the picture is never presented as a photograph of anyone else's watch. You keep ownership throughout, and you can ask us to stop using a particular photo this way at any time by contacting support.
Orvion is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If something goes wrong with an order, use Report a problem on the order itself. How to cancel, the window for reporting a problem after delivery, and the outcomes an administrator can reach are set out in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy. How watches move between sellers, verifiers and buyers — and who carries the risk at each step — is set out in the Shipping Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of Orvion, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you and Orvion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing here removes a protection available to you under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
Orvion is operated by Orvion Luxury Watches, trade licence number 70701070, registered at Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use Orvion after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions? Contact support@orvion.watch.
